Our services

We plan and run weddings and events at partner venues in Uttarakhand, either as an all-inclusive bundle or for a fixed planning fee where you pay venues and vendors at cost. We also offer favours, gifts and rentals on quote. What we deliver for your event is set out in your written agreement or quote, which takes priority over anything on this site.

Prices and payments

• Prices on the site are starting points and are shown plus GST.
• Your final price depends on your date, guest count, venue and choices, and is confirmed in writing before you pay.
• Cancellations and refunds follow our cancellation policy and your agreement.

Venues and vendors

Venues, vendors and makers we book for you are independent businesses. We choose them with care, brief them and manage them on the day, and we will help you resolve any problem with their work. Their own rules, such as venue timings, sound limits and local food rules, also apply to your event.

Plan with AI and online tools

Plan with AI, the décor board, the invite maker and similar tools give suggestions and help you plan. Their suggestions are not a quote or a promise; only a written plan from our team is. You are responsible for the guest details and messages you add to invites.

Photos and content

The text, designs and photos on this site belong to Vivaah Vista or are used with permission. Please do not copy them for commercial use without asking. We only share photos or videos of your event with your written permission.

Our responsibility

We do our best to deliver exactly what we agree with you. We are not responsible for events outside our reasonable control, such as extreme weather, road closures, government orders or natural disasters; in those cases we will work with you and our partners to move or rearrange your event.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If we cannot settle a disagreement by talking it through, the courts at Dehradun, Uttarakhand will decide it.
